As a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris and a wine merchant for over 20 years, I have been able to establish privileged relationships with the most talented producers and reference estates. My dream has finally come true, to create a convivial place to live, to share good taste and to have warm exchanges around wine. A local wine cellar like you would dream of in your own backyard... Thierry and I love life, people, art and bacon, pretty skittles... so, one day, sitting at the counter, we said to ourselves "Let's open a cellar together". And that was it! Since then, we have been working under the name Vino Sapiens and behind two mottos: "Bues & Approuvées" and "Partisan Caviste"!
